Bold sonic colors and sinewy rhythms provide a shimmering backdrop to ShyBoy's expressive lyrics and melodies. 

Voted Best Solo Artist in the LA Weekly Best of LA 2017 Readers' Choice Awards, ShyBoy has written and performed songs that have been featured in numerous films, TV shows, and games, including the end-title for the multiplatinum Capcom video game The Devil May Cry 4. An extremely versatile vocalist, songwriter, music producer, and DJ, ShyBoy has performed on stages in Europe and North America, including a headliner slot at the Carmel Art and Film Festival (at the Pacific Repertory Theatre's Golden Bough Playhouse), a series of shows at the CBGB Festival in NYC, and multiple residency dates at The Hotel Café in Los Angeles.

ShyBoy's discography includes five original singles he wrote and produced with RuPaul for the hit VH1/Logo show RuPaul's Drag Race (including the fan favorite hit "Oh No She Better Don't"). He has also produced remixes for RuPaul, Donna Summer, Purple Crush, Julia Fordham, Beyoncé, Whitney Houston, and more.

As lead singer for the band Hypnogaja, ShyBoy received a Hollywood Music In Media Award for Best Male Vocalist (for the band's cover of the Donna Summer hit "On The Radio") and toured with the group throughout Canada and the U.S. He co-wrote and produced numerous recordings with Hypnogaja, including "Dark Star (Remix)," which features a vocals by ShyBoy and SlimKid3 of The Pharcyde.

An array of writers and artists have collaborated with ShyBoy, including: Emmy, Grammy, and Tony Award-winning songwriter Allee Willis; DJs robot koch, Darude, Kristina Sky, Randy Boyer, Menno de Jong, and Eddie Amador; Emmy and Annie Award-nominated lyricist and songwriter Amy Powers; Nicole Scherzinger (The Pussycat Dolls); recording artist Kat Robichaud (The Voice); Saturn Award-winning television writer/producer Bryan Fuller (American GodsHannibalPushing Daisies); Emmy Award-winning composer Jim Dooley (Pushing Daisies); and legendary singer-songwriter Wendy Waldman.

Currently in the recording studio working on new material with gold and platinum album-selling record producers Mark Nubar and Jeff Hoeppner, ShyBoy is scheduled to release several singles in 2017, including numerous songs co-written and co-produced with Allee Willis. ShyBoy and Nubar are also working on a brand new project entitled Warningfield with composers Jim Guttridge and Sean Hosein, a collaboration that combines dramatic film score and conceptual pop music.
