Mavenne

Multi-talented alternative pop artist Mavenne [“maven”] loves the entire creative process, from writing songs and laying down vocals to exploring the limits of the newest production software. Her agile three-octave range enables her to produce lush choral effects and distinctly layered, dramatic harmonies.

Former Taylor Swift manager Rick Barker says, “She has one of the best voices I’ve heard in a really long time," and numerous music competitions agree:

Mavenne was honored with a California Music Video Award in February 2020; placed in the top 0.01% (out of 9,500 entrants) as a finalist in the 2021 International Songwriting Contest; placed top three in the pop category of the 2018 John Lennon Songwriting Contest (session one, organized by Yoko Ono); garnered two International Acoustic Music Awards; and received a GMA top three award at Immerse (an unsigned artist singer-songwriter competition) in 2015.

Influenced by vocalists such as Marina, Lana Del Rey, and Sia, Mavenne began developing her talents as a producer during sessions with her songwriting mentor Loren Israel (former head of A&R at Capitol Records). Her innate knowledge of production unfolded as an unexpected surprise during that time and - from those early beginnings - Mavenne has continued to skillfully hone her production skills for the past eight years, completely falling in love with the record-making process along the way.

Recent television placements include features on the CW’s Riverdale and Batwoman. Her song “Sirens (Follow Me Down)” successfully charted at #14 on the iTunes Alternative chart in Spain (as well as bubbling under the Top 100 for ALL genres in Spain and the Alternative chart in France). An interview with Mavenne is featured on the second season of Music California on PBS.
