Kool D Songs is a part of D.R. Entertainment, Inc., an entertainment company with publishing, record label and management divisions in the U.S. and Japan. We work closely with American Publishers and major Japanese entertainment companies, including Sony Music Entertainment (Japan), Avex ,Fuji Pacific.

Company founder “D.R.” has signed a wide-range of acts throughout his A&R career including  Steven Tyler (solo), Juliet Simms (Automatic Loveletter, The Voice runner-up), Sophia Black (Kemosabe/RCA artist signed by Dr. Luke), Eric Martin (Mr. Big), Debbie Gibson, Sugar Ray, BECCA (Vocalist, Stars in Stereo) , Devin Townsend, Animetal USA and also japanese artists, like THE MAD CAPSULE MARKETS, UVERworld etc. D.R. is well-known for his work as a product manager for Aerosmith, Metallica, Ozzy, Steve Vai, Pearl Jam, Alice In Chains, Rage Against the Machine, Foo Fighters, Santana, Celine Dion ,Mark Anthony and others in Japan. He pioneered the art of collaboration between American and Japanese music superstars (including Celine Dion/Yuna Ito and Steve Vai/B’z,  Sugar Ray / 10 Feet , Animetal USA/ Momoiro Colover Z, Eric Martin/ Miho Fukuhara, etc.), and also between American and Japanese writers/producers by arranging co-writing sessions and song-writing camps in Los Angeles.
